This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process. We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and postal service delays.
Where Do You Ship From?
To bring you our unique, curated designs, all Pawsonality orders are dispatched directly from our dedicated fulfillment centers across the United States/Canada. Our international shipping partners are selected to provide a reliable and transparent tracking experience from our door to yours.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link and number. You can use this link to follow your package's journey. If you have any trouble locating your tracking information, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@pawsonality.co.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pawsonality is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may be charged upon your order's arrival in your destination country.
For customers in the United States, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties. For customers in Canada, duties and taxes may be applicable and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Pawsonality is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as "unclaimed" or due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
